At Afternoon Lark, we strive to provide quality baby products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be started within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. To start a return, please use the contact form below. Once a return is started, please mail the items back within 3 business days.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• Feeding accessories

• Sale or clearance items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and store credit will be issued. You will receive an email when your store credit is processed. 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.

How to Initiate a Return
